To All Parents and Families,

We are having a MANDATORY Meeting on
Wedensday, Dec. 1st at 7pm in the Faculty Lounge.
We are expecting everyone to attend as
this meeting will be focused on the Beach Bash Tournament.

We need every wrestling family to participate
in order to make this tournament a success.
It is a huge undertaking and
cannot be done by just a few.

We need everyone to be involved at some level.
There are many simple, easy, and rewarding tasks that you can choose from
which will help make the Beach Bash a success.

Beach Bash is a huge money maker for our team.
The more successful we can make the tournament
the more our Booster Club can contribute to our sons' & daughters'
wrestling program.

I understand we are all very busy and
have other commitments but we only need
a few hours of your time on Friday or Saturday.

If you are not able to help out,
please try to get another family member to help
such as an older sibling, grandma or grandpa.

If you were not able to drop off your donations
at the wrestle off on Saturday please bring them with
you on Wednesday.

We still need
Gatorade, soda, ice teas, candy bars,
protein bars, skittles, starbursts etc...

PLEASE DO NOT BRING WATER.
WE HAVE MORE THAN ENOUGH WATER.

Clarification on Transportation Cards – Blue Cards

The transportation Cards must be turned in, if they are not turned in the student will not be able to wrestle or ride the bus to the events. The transportation card is also to verify that the student has a physical and health coverage as well. Please make sure that the cards are turned in no later than Wednesday. If you do not have a card please get one from Coach Scott ASAP.

I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving Holiday!

This is a reminder that we will have our Wrestling Parent Meeting on Wednesday December 1st at 7:00 pm in the Edison Faculty Lounge (behind the cafeteria). Our agenda will be the Beach Bash it’s about two weeks away December 10th and 11th, please see attached the volunteer list for the Beach Bash, let me know what times slots you can take and your t-shirt size for the staff shirts. If you have already signed up Thank you.

If you haven’t paid or made arrangements for the Wrestling Fee’s please make sure that you contact Jeff Peth (treasurer). The student will not receive their clothing items until arrangements have been made.

Transportation Cards- DUE NOW – Please make sure they get turned in no later than Thursday or the student will not be able to ride the bus to the events. If you did not get a Transportation Card please contact Coach Scott.

We look forward to seeing everyone at the meeting this week as we need to make sure everyone is prepared for the Beach Bash Weekend.
